Stephen Lockhart is the Chief Technology Officer at STAR Systems International, a distributor of passive UHF RFID technology. Previously, Stephen worked as a Product Specialist at 3M after their acquisition of Federal Signal/Sirit. He also held the position of Director, Fixed Reader Technology at Federal Signal Corporation after their acquisition of Sirit Inc. Stephen started his career as a Software Engineer at various companies, where he implemented RFID software systems and applications. He holds a B.Eng in Computer Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada.
