Jose Mendoza has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jose began their career in 2003 as an IT Manager at Star Shield Armor and later transitioned to a Team Leader role at 3M in 2007. In 2013, they joined CuttinEdge Lab as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they joined Star Shield Solutions, LLC as the National Operations Manager, and they are currently serving as the Director of Products and Technology.

Jose Mendoza obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
