Bahja S. currently serves as a Nursing Station Technician at Fairview Health Services, focusing on compassionate patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration to tailor individualized care plans. Additionally, Bahja participates as a LEDA Career Fellow with Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America, enhancing professional skills and exploring diverse career opportunities. In the role of Direct Support Professional at Bridges MN, Bahja provides dedicated support to patients with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities. Previous experience includes mentoring peers at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing and completing administrative tasks as a Public Operations Intern for the City of Saint Paul. Bahja holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Minnesota School of Nursing and an Associate of Arts from Inver Hills Community College.
