Doug Fischer is an accomplished executive leader in the HVAC industry, currently serving as President of Star Service, Inc. since 2017, where oversight includes a team of 185 professionals and management of a $50M P&L budget. Previously, Doug held the position of Director of Operations at Letsos Company, leading a team of 125 and managing a $40M budget, and served as General Manager for EMCOR Services Aircond, overseeing operations for Georgia and Alabama with a $20M budget. Early in their career, Doug was a Territory Service Manager at Carrier Corporation and an Army Officer with significant leadership experience, including managing teams for operational testing and executive support. Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Management from Webster University.
