Emmita Rayner has been with STAR Center, Inc. since March 2001 as the LPN Clinical Coordinator. In addition to their role, Emmita also serves as the Incident Management and Training Coordinator. Emmita focuses on providing services to members and training service providers to ensure that each individual's needs are met effectively. Their goal is to make each day the best possible day for every person served, one person at a time, one day at a time.
