Scott Lyman has extensive experience in customer insights and analytics, having held multiple leadership roles in various companies. Lyman served as the Director of Customer Data Science and the Director of Customer Insights and Analytics at Staples. Prior to that, Lyman was the Head of Analytics at BookBub and held several positions at MOO, including Director and Head of Customer Insights, as well as Manager of Customer Insights and Analytics. Lyman began their career as a Marketing Analytics Manager at Gazelle. Academically, Lyman holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Graduate Certificate in Data Mining and Applications from Stanford University.
