Kaushal Kabariya is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Staples since December 2023. Previously, Kabariya held key leadership roles at Wayfair, including Associate Director and Senior Software Engineering Manager, where oversight of large multi-geography teams led to significant improvements in performance metrics and product outcomes. Kabariya also gained valuable experience at Quaero, contributing to a successful customer-managed solution platform, and at various organizations including CSG International and One to One Interactive, where expertise in data engineering and software development was demonstrated. Kabariya holds a Master's degree in Computer and Electronics from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from India.
