Mehdi Aslani, PMP, has over 9 years of experience in project planning and management. Mehdi began their career at Intelligent Solutions Incorporation (ISI) in 2009 as a Project Planner, Scheduler and Control Engineer. In this role, they created work breakdown structures and scheduled project plans, reporting progress and delays to project managers and developing performance measurement metrics.

In 2018, Mehdi joined Stanwell Corporation Limited as a Project Planner/PMO Analyst. Mehdi worked in the ICT Project Management Office (PMO) to plan and control IT projects in the energy industry. Their responsibilities included establishing and maintaining project schedules, standardizing work breakdown structures, capturing time and cost data, managing project reporting and governance administration, implementing Earned Value Analysis, and maintaining PMO frameworks.

Throughout their career, Mehdi has demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, control, and analysis.

Mehdi Aslani, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from IAU, which they earned from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Mehdi has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include "Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI" from Odyssey Training, obtained in June 2022, "ICAgile Certified Professional" from ICAgile, obtained in March 2021, "Primavera P6 Professional Project Management" from Oracle, obtained in July 2020, and their PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in March 2017.
