Charlotte Davies has a diverse work history. Charlotte began their career in 2019 as a tutor at The University of Queensland, where they taught ENGG1100 for a period of 5 months. In 2019, they also served as a tutor for the EAIT Leadership Program, demonstrating their strong leadership skills. In 2020, Charlotte worked as a UQ EAIT Student Ambassador, representing the university and promoting the Engineering, Architecture, and Information Technology faculty. Charlotte then gained valuable experience in the field of process engineering as an intern at Patheon in 2021. Currently, Charlotte works as a Chemical Engineer Graduate at Stanwell Corporation Limited, where they started in January 2023. Additionally, Charlotte has extensive experience working with children aged 4-12 years as an educator at Moggill Outside School Hours Care from 2015 to 2021, showcasing their strong organizational skills and ability to engage children in a "learning through play" environment.

Charlotte Davies completed their education from 2013 to 2017 at Kenmore State High School. Charlotte then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering/Master's of Engineering (BE/ME) degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from The University of Queensland from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, in April 2023, they obtained certifications in HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support, and HLTAID011 Provide First Aid from St John Ambulance.
