James Loucks, CCP, PMP, currently serves as Senior Principal and Cost Management Practice Lead at Stantec Consulting Services Inc. since May 2016. Prior to this role, James held various positions at MWH Global, including Cost Management Practice Lead and National Estimating Practice Leader, from January 2003 to May 2016. James also worked as a Senior Estimator at MWH Constructors from 2000 to 2003, and gained significant experience at Kvaerner as a Senior Estimator/Construction Manager from 1994 to 1999. Earlier in the career, James was a Senior Cost Estimator at Peter Kiewit & Son and began as a Field Engineer/Chief Estimator at Ireland Contracting Company. James holds a BS in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University, obtained between 1977 and 1981.
