Gloria Ledesma is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Stant since January 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing payroll, compensation, benefits, training, labor relations, and strategic HR management. Prior to Stant, extensive experience was gained at BOS GmbH & CO. KG in various HR roles, including Labor & Services Coordinator and Acting Human Resources Manager, focusing on recruitment, personnel administration, and benefit management. Earlier positions at Samsung and CG 2000 involved payroll calculations and IMSS movements. Gloria Ledesma holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Personnel Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Development from Universidad de Guanajuato, supplemented by a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidad Quetzalcóatl.
