Peter Valaris has extensive experience in the manufacturing and commodities sectors, currently working as a Retired professional at PV CONSULTING and as a Manufacturing Material Total Cost Leader in a self-employed capacity since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Peter Valaris served as Vice President of Global Commodities at Stanley Black & Decker since July 2010, and held various positions at The Stanley Works from April 1998 to March 2010, including Director of the Global Commodity Management Group and Productivity Manager for the Consumer Tools and Storage segment. Peter Valaris holds a Master of Science degree in Metallurgy, Physics, and Business from Rensselaer at Work, completed between 1985 and 1993.
