Andrew Kelsch, P.E. is a seasoned engineer currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Stanley Consultants since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Pickett and Associates, Inc. from August 2019 to March 2022 and as a Transmission Line Engineer at both Black & Veatch and Commonwealth Associates, Inc. from September 2018 to August 2019 and June 2013 to August 2018, respectively. Andrew's career began as an Estimator at Tetra Tech Construction and WPM, Inc. from July 2011 to October 2012 and March 2005 to March 2011, respectively.
