Julio Mendoza is an experienced public officer and asset protection manager with a diverse background in law enforcement and public safety. Currently serving as a Community Service Officer and Court Security Officer with the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office since July 2016, Julio previously held positions including Park Specialist with the City of San Leandro and Asset Protection Manager at The Home Depot. With a strong emphasis on community safety, Julio's career spans various roles in loss prevention and security, beginning in the early 1990s with Emporium. Julio holds a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute & University and an Associate's of Arts in Administration of Justice from Chabot College, along with a certificate in Computer Networking Technology.
