Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for both Allianz Middle East Ship Management LLC and Stanford Marine, Karim has been instrumental in developing strategic plans and frameworks aligned with organizational goals. A founder and director of MARIHUB, an online marketplace for the maritime sector, Karim has also held pivotal roles such as Marine Compliance Manager and Coordinator at National Marine Dredging Company. With a strong educational background including a Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Studies, an MBA in Ship Management, and various certifications in safety and ship operations, Karim brings a wealth of expertise to the field.
