Nanda Garber, MA, PCC, serves as the Leadership Development Principal at Stanford Health Care since November 2019, managing executive development initiatives and providing leadership consulting to enhance employee engagement and team effectiveness. Nanda also operates Nanda Garber Coaching & Consulting, established in 2002, offering tailored strategic solutions to address organizational challenges for a diverse client base, including prominent companies such as Kaiser Permanente and SAP. Additionally, Nanda has been an Executive Coach at Blanchard since 2017, focusing on the professional development of high-potential leaders within Fortune 500 companies. Previous experience includes a role as Human Resources Business Partner at Yahoo from 2000 to 2002, where Nanda addressed management and organizational challenges. Nanda holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, along with a certificate in Organizational Coaching from the same institution.
