Adam Jones is a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a diverse background in managing large-scale construction projects across various sectors. Currently employed at Arvida Group Limited, Adam oversees the phased construction of the Te Puna Waiora retirement village, now progressing into its fourth year. Previous roles include significant projects such as the Grunwergs 2 Project with Watkin Jones Group, which involved 700-bed student accommodation, and the Acute Services Building in Christchurch with CPB Contractors, New Zealand's largest government project. Adam's expertise extends to project quantity surveying for facilities like the Sports Hall & Recreation Facility at CPIT and managing earthquake recovery efforts in Christchurch.
