Mia Sleath currently serves as a Community Coach at StandOut since November 2023. Previously, Mia worked at Breakthrough Social Enterprise from January 2022 to November 2023, initially as Engagement Officer and later as Operations Officer, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement, marketing materials creation, recruitment management, CRM management, and website development. Earlier experience includes a role as a Skincare Consultant at Clinique from January 2017 to July 2018, focusing on product knowledge and customer relations, and as a Customer Assistant at Boots UK from October 2015 to January 2017, which involved customer service and staff training. Mia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of West London, completed in 2021.
