Andrew Bater is currently the Head of Operations at StandOut, previously holding positions as Operations Manager at Holborn Community Association and Doris Jones Limited. Andrew co-founded SeeJobGroup CIC and later founded seejobclub. Prior to these roles, Andrew worked as a Project Manager at T-Mobile UK, a Management Consultant at Computer Task Group, and a Project Manager at Sainsbury's. Andrew holds a BA in Religion, Theology/Theological Studies from Summit Pacific College and GCE A Levels in Economics and Computer Science from SEEVIC.
