Kelly Craven Sharp is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in property and project accounting within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Property Accountant at Standish Management, LLC since July 2021, Sharp has previously held senior financial roles at KATERRA and CAPgro Construction Management, LLC, including Senior Accountant and Project Accountant, respectively. Additional experience includes positions as Accounting Manager at JNT Developers, Project Manager at Floor Seal Technology, Inc., Senior Field Accounting Specialist at United Subcontractors Inc., and Corporate Controller at Fabulous Floors Inc. Sharp’s extensive expertise encompasses budgeting, cost control, and project management, particularly in large-scale commercial construction projects. Education was pursued at the University of North Texas during 1990-1991.
