Mihaela Grad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public relations and marketing, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Standing Partnership since June 2011. In this role, Mihaela leads the Freedom to Operate practice, assisting companies in heavily regulated industries in navigating stakeholder and regulatory challenges while also heading company marketing efforts. Prior to Standing Partnership, Mihaela held positions at Ketchum Public Relations as Senior Account Executive, where complex issue and crisis management campaigns were managed, and at YAR Communications as Assistant Account Executive, focusing on advertising campaigns for ethnic markets. Mihaela's career began with a role as Summer Associate at the United Nations. Educational credentials include an MA in Mass Communications and Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in English from Moldova State University. Mihaela is also a graduate of the FOCUS St. Louis CORO Women in Leadership program.
