Valentina De Muzio is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Europe Labor Relations and Human Resources Director at Alfasigma since June 2024. Prior to this role, Valentina was the Vice President of HR for Standex Engraving, where a strong emphasis was placed on organizational development, employee engagement, and talent pipeline initiatives. Valentina's extensive HR experience spans multiple companies, including SUEZ, GE Power, GE, Linco Baxo Group of Companies, STMicroelectronics, and Poste Italiane, where Valentina held various leadership positions focusing on HR business partnership and organizational development. Valentina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Università degli Studi di Bari.
