Ryan Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ryan is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at StandardFusion since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the President Volunteer at Country Lane Strata Council VR865 starting from December 2018. Ryan also owned and worked as an Independent Agent at Travel by Ryan Phillips from December 2020 to July 2022.

Ryan has also worked at Scout Talent Canada, where they held the positions of Business Development Executive and Team Leader for Business Development in 2021.

From 2008 to 2020, Ryan worked at Flight Centre Travel Group Canada, where they held various positions including Groups Leader of COVID-19 Customer Retention Team, Manager of Groups Vancouver, Travel Manager, and Business Development Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership capabilities, achieved profit improvements, exceeded targets, trained and mentored sales professionals, and managed client expectations.

Furthermore, they were a member at BNI Harbourside from 2008 to 2010. In their earlier career, they served as the Director of Sales at Onext Media Corp in 2007, Manager of Field Services and Training and Business Development Manager at Shift Networks in 2006, and Sales Executive at Automatic Coating Limited in 2004. Ryan started their career as a Sales Executive/Product Specialist for Xerox at Docu-Agent Ltd. from 2001 to 2004.

Ryan Phillips graduated from Stanley Humphries Secondary School in 1997 with a high school degree. In April 2021, Ryan obtained a certification in Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America.
