Holley Franklin has extensive legal experience, serving as VP, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at The Standard since June 2010, having previously held the role of VP, Corporate Secretary & Associate Counsel. Prior to these positions, Holley Franklin worked at The Standard from 1985 to 2010 as AVP, Corporate Secretary & Assistant General Counsel. Holley Franklin earned a JD from Willamette University College of Law between 1979 and 1982 and received a BS from Oregon State University from 1975 to 1979.
