Ryan Ott has extensive experience in account management and project leadership within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the National Strategic Account Manager at Standard Textile since September 2017, Ryan oversees a team responsible for the design, manufacturing, and implementation of custom products for major global brands, managing a portfolio of over 150 projects annually with sales ranging from $8 to $10 million. Prior to this role, Ryan excelled as a Project Manager for Hospitality Brands, successfully handling high-profile projects valued between $2.5 and $3 million annually. Ryan's previous experience includes serving as Assistant Store Manager at Omaha Steaks, where the focus was on enhancing guest experiences and developing team abilities. Ryan holds a degree in Finance and Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University, completed in 2016.
