Krista Beaudry has extensive experience in human resources. Krista started their career at Generac Power Systems, where they primarily focused on benefit administration. Krista then moved on to Surgitek, where they managed HR activities for a manufacturing site and led a team of HR generalists. After that, they worked at Ruud Lighting as a Human Resources Manager. At Cooper Power Systems, they served as a Human Resources Manager, supporting 200 employees at division headquarters and 800 employees indirectly. Krista then joined Chr. Hansen as a Director of Human Resources, where they stayed for 14 years. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Standard Process Inc., where they are responsible for strategic HR management and the overall organizational health.

Krista Beaudry attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1988 to 1993, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Additionally, they obtained the certifications of SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2015, and SPHR from SHRM in December 2002.
