Sainyam Goel currently serves as a Venture Analyst and Implementation Lead at Standard Metrics since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Statistical Research Assistant at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, where Sainyam analyzed financial and productivity changes in small businesses during COVID-19 and maintained databases while deploying machine learning models. A Summer Finance Intern at AT&T, Sainyam assessed the financial feasibility of expanding services into new regions by utilizing econometric models. Earlier work included a Project Intern position in the University of Washington's Economics Department and a Mathematics Tutor role with Urban Teachers. Sainyam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Washington, earned in June 2021.
