Ashli Blumenfeld, Billy’s daughter, took on the role of Co-President in 2019. She is also the Marketing Director of Penrose, the Rosenthal family’s single-family office. Prior to joining Standard Meat, Ashli was the Sales and Marketing Manager at CTI Foods, where she specialized in the Soup and Sauce division.
