Kraig Krause has extensive work experience in various roles. Kraig worked at Standard Imaging as the Director of Customer Care, where they managed over 500 accounts and developed relationships with radiation oncology departments. Prior to that, they were a Regional Account Manager at the same company, where they provided support, introduced solutions, and analyzed costs of ownership. Kraig also worked as a Technical Support Manager at Standard Imaging, where they built and maintained a technical support department.

Before their time at Standard Imaging, Kraig worked at the Wisconsin State Legislature as a Web Administrator. In this role, they designed web page layouts, trained legislative agencies on CSS, and developed a SharePoint portal. Kraig also served as a Network Administrator at the Wisconsin State Legislature, where they helped upgrade network switches, installed and configured network monitoring tools, and coordinated the move of the core network to a new facility. Overall, Kraig has a strong background in customer care, account management, technical support, and network administration.

Kraig Krause obtained a Certification of Web Design from Madison Area Technical Institute in 2008. Kraig later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, which they completed in 1993.
