Michael Urban has extensive experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as a Heating Air Conditioning Specialist at Standard Heating & Air Conditioning since March 2019. In this role, Michael focuses on maintaining customer relations through in-home visits for maintenance and repair, as well as assessing customer needs based on equipment condition. Prior to this, from June 2016 to March 2019, Michael worked as an Operations Supervisor at New Image Coatings, where responsibilities included promoting products and fostering positive business relationships. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead, completed between 2012 and 2016.
