Daniel Kim, CPA, currently serves as a Property Accountant at Standard Communities since September 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at CohnReznick LLP as a Senior Assurance Associate, specializing in the Financial Services industry and managing various audit engagements. Daniel's experience includes auditing for hedge funds, private equity funds, and real estate funds, along with data analysis and compliance work as an Unclaimed Property Consultant at True Partners Consulting. Additional roles include Vice President of Finance for the Alpha Kappa Psi chapter, accounting internships at Lionsgate and IRIS, and event management for TEDxPepperdineUniversity. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pepperdine University and has international educational experience at Fudan University.
