Venkataraman Janakiraman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in liquidity reporting, nostro management, and financial operations. Currently serving as Vice President at Standard Chartered Bank since November 2021, Venkataraman heads the Modelling and Platforms unit within the Treasury – Liquidity function for GBS India. Prior roles at Standard Chartered include significant leadership positions overseeing operations in various aspects of treasury management for nearly 18 years, successfully implementing automation projects and managing large teams across multiple functions. Venkataraman holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and ICWA, along with degrees in commerce.
