Tracy Wong Harris serves as Head of Sustainable Finance for Asia and Greater China & North Asia at Standard Chartered Bank since January 2021. Concurrently, Tracy holds the position of Executive Vice President at the Hong Kong Green Finance Association, contributing to the promotion of Hong Kong as a global leader in green finance. Tracy is also a member of the FSDC Policy Research Committee, advises the Hong Kong Sprinkles Charity Foundation as a Board Member, and has a history of involvement with organizations such as AIDS Concern and the Securities and Futures Commission. Previously, Tracy held senior positions at J.P. Morgan, Mizuho, Barclays Investment Bank, and BNP Paribas, focusing on risk management and valuation in various capacities. Tracy's education includes an Executive Programme from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and master's and bachelor's degrees from the University of Brighton.
