Krystian Szybis is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in penetration testing and information security. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Security Penetration Testing at Standard Chartered Bank since January 2019, Krystian previously held the position of Penetration Testing Manager at RBS from December 2008 to December 2018, overseeing a comprehensive suite of security services, including project and assurance pentesting and responsible disclosure. Earlier roles included Information Security Specialist for the FraBeLux region and various positions at Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO Poland, where Krystian specialized in technology risk management. Krystian began the career as an Administrator at Polskie Radio SA, contributing to the design and implementation of network architecture. Krystian holds a master's degree in Software Engineering and Computer Intelligence from WIT Academy.
