Bayu Febriajie is an experienced professional in digital servicing and product management, currently serving as Chief Product Owner for Digital Servicing at Standard Chartered Bank since November 2020. With a focus on enhancing customer experience for corporate clients, Bayu previously held the role of Senior Vice President for Digital Servicing at DBS Bank, where significant achievements included the launch of the first Corporate Banking Chatbot in Asia. Additional experience includes positions at Credit Suisse as a Senior Analyst in OTC Derivatives, where Bayu led a team for control and reconciliation projects, and earlier roles at Standard Chartered as a Credit Risk Control Manager, where management of a substantial portfolio was achieved.
