Ana Maria Bedo is a seasoned professional in digital banking and customer experience, currently serving as the Product Owner Omnichannel at OTP Bank Romania since August 2021. In this role, Ana Maria has successfully led website and digital channel enhancements, focusing on improving user experience and customer engagement. Prior to this, Ana Maria spent over 16 years at Vodafone, where achievements included leading the redesign of the Vodafone e-shop, defining the Postpaid segment strategy, and optimizing internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Ana Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Transilvania University of Brasov.
