Aysara Yusupova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital channels, product management, and cash liquidity management within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Channels and Data Analytics for Europe at Standard Chartered Bank since January 2021, Aysara oversees initiatives involving APIs, online banking, and data analytics among others. Previously, Aysara held the position of EMEA Head of Product for Cash and Liquidity Management at MUFG, leading a regional product function across diverse markets. Aysara’s career at HSBC included roles such as Regional Head of Product for Domestic Payments, where oversight extended across 17 European countries, and Senior Regional Manager for Payments and Cash Management in Eastern Europe. Aysara’s foundational experience includes roles as Deputy Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management at HSBC and various positions at RBC, including Strategy Analyst and Associate Investment Advisor. Aysara holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
