Aachal Dhole is a Software Developer at Standard Chartered Bank since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving on the management team of the ACM Student Chapter at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad from June 2020 to May 2023, contributing to various technical and non-technical events. Aachal participated in the PhonePe Tech Scholar Program in late 2022 and was a promotion team member for HackFest IIT (ISM) Dhanbad from April 2021 to March 2022, which is a 36-hour official hackathon. Additional contributions include being a contributor in the GirlScript Winter of Code from September to November 2021 and completing an internship focused on web development and design with The Sparks Foundation in July and August 2021. Aachal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, completed in 2023, and completed 11th and 12th grade studies in PCM at Yeshwant Mahavidyalaya, Nanded, from 2017 to 2019.
