Gonçalo Trindade is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in software engineering and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Scrum Master for the Continuous Delivery Pipeline teams at Julius Baer since November 2024, Gonçalo previously held similar roles at Pro Informatik AG and Acodis, where responsibilities included coaching teams in Scrum adoption and leading continuous improvement initiatives. With a proven track record in mentoring junior developers and bridging communication gaps between technical and business teams, Gonçalo has contributed to various organizations, including Critical TechWorks, Panalpina, and CRITICAL Software. Education was obtained at Universidade Moderna de Lisboa from 1994 to 1998, and technical expertise spans multiple stacks, including Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.
