Tshepang Mapiti is an experienced professional currently serving as the Personalisation Analytics Manager at Standard Bank Group since February 2020. Tshepang also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Fleeker.co.za, while actively working as a Data Scientist at Fleeker Finance since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Front Desk Assistant and Academic Tutor at the University of Cape Town, and a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Project Assignments (SA) (Pty) Ltd. Tshepang co-founded Fleeker.co.za in 2018 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, completing the program in 2019.
