Don Sievert, MBA has extensive work experience in various leadership roles focused on technology, analytics, data, and business strategy. Don has held positions such as Director, Digital Analytics at Stand Together, where they created a data-driven environment and developed a measurement framework and strategies for real-time marketing optimization. Prior to this, Don served as Senior Director, Technology and Analytics at the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, where they led the modernization of technology platforms and influenced the adoption of analytics and marketing capabilities. At Merkle, Don worked as Vice President Business Intelligence & Analytics, managing a team and providing consulting expertise to fortune 500 companies. Don successfully grew the BI Services Organization and achieved revenue growth. Don also has experience at Fannie Mae, where they served as Director of Technology: Business Intelligence and held various leadership roles in technology infrastructure and project management. Don Sievert, MBA, received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Towson University. Don then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Information Technology from American University - Kogod School of Business.
