Catherine Hedrick Gruetzmacher has extensive experience in management, communications, and event programming across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Initiatives Manager at Stand Together Foundation since January 2019, Catherine has previously held roles including Investment Operations Manager and Engagement Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes the role of Interim Assistant Director and Associate at the University of South Florida, where responsibilities encompassed communications, event programming, and student relations. Additional roles include Development and Communications Manager at Regents School of Charlottesville, Public Fellow at the Virginia Center for the Study of Religion, Volunteer Coordinator at Buckner International, and Public Policy Intern with the US Congress. Catherine holds a degree from the University of Virginia and has also studied at ISI Florence.
