Jennifer Gordon is the Senior Director of Operations & Program Management at STAND 8 Technology Services. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in human resources and operations management.
Jennifer started their career as the Human Resources Manager at Meteor Games LLC, where they were responsible for the company's growth and HR needs. Jennifer personally screened and hired over 150 employees, and consolidated benefit programs to save the company money. Jennifer also managed the company's books before a staff accountant was hired, and implemented a time sheet procedure that decreased liability for underpayment of overtime.
In their role as Senior Director at STAND 8, Jennifer is responsible for managing the company's operations and program management. Jennifer oversees a team of managers and works closely with the CEO to ensure that all company objectives are met. Jennifer is a strategic thinker and an expert in their field, with a proven track record of success.
Jennifer Gordon holds a BA in Economics from UC San Diego and a Minor in Japanese Studies from UC San Diego. Jennifer is certified by HRCI in PHR and is in the process of becoming certified by PMI in PMP.
Jennifer Gordon reports to Quinn Fillmon, Founder & CEO. They work with Gloria Gutierrez - Global Director, Solutions & Client Engagement, Ken Mizell - VP, Enterprise Solutions, and Scott Barden - Director, Solutions & Client Engagement.
