Maximilian Gajdel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Co-Founder at STAN A.I. since July 2018, Gajdel focuses on AI solutions for property management. Prior to this role, Gajdel was the Director of Business Development at FirstService Residential BC from April 2013 to July 2018, contributing to North America's largest management of residential communities. Gajdel also gained valuable experience as a Project Analyst at AFA Press/The London Times from July 2011 to July 2012. Academically, Gajdel holds an Honours in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University and Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, along with prior studies in Political Science & Economics at Western University.
