Yohai Darom has worked in the software engineering industry since 2002. Starting at TTI Telecom as a Software Engineer, they then moved to Mercury Interactive in 2004, where they held the positions of Technical Lead and Software Engineer. In 2006, they were promoted to R&D Team Manager at Mercury Interactive - HP Software. In 2007, they Co-founded, CTO, and VP R&D at Virtual Tweens, where they led the development of the virtual world Ekoloko, which became the largest and most successful community for kids in Israel with over 3M users. From 2015 to 2022, they were the R&D Director at OnOApps - Matrix Mobile, leading and mentoring teams of four to excellence, both technically and mentally, as well as recruiting team members and leaders. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering at Stampli.
Yohai Darom received a B.Sc. in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1999 and 2002.
