Tobias Nicolas Santagada has worked for several companies in a variety of roles. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as an Encargado de mantenimiento for JG Pelotas. In 2020, they were a Técnico LDA for Siemens and a Project Manager for AHK Argentina - Cámara de Industria y Comercio Argentino Alemana. The following year, they worked as an Especialista en automatización for Freelance & Trabajo Particular. Currently, they are a Software Developer for Stämm Biotech.

Tobias Nicolas Santagada is currently studying Ingeniería at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2019 to 2024. Tobias Nicolas also completed a Tecnicatura Superior en Mecatrónica from AHK Argentina - Cámara de Industria y Comercio Argentino Alemana in November 2021. From 2020 to 2021, they completed a Tecnico Superior en Mecatronica from Sistema Dual: Tecnicatura en Mecatronica in the field of Electrónica, robótica y mecatrónica. Additionally, they obtained a Tecnicatura from Instituto Cardenal Stepinac from 2012 to 2018 in the field of Tecnología/Técnico de ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica y de comunicaciones. In July 2018, they also obtained an Automatizacion en Logica Programada certification from Dirección General de Cultura y Educación de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
