Jennifer Hryniw has extensive experience in various roles related to business operations, software development, and marketing. Jennifer worked at Stallergenes Greer as the Director of Business Operations, Canada, Senior Manager, Site Operations, and Operations Manager from 2015 to 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager, Software Development at The Minery Ltd. from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they were a Marketing Specialist at Great-West Life from 2012 to 2014 and a Marketing Communications Specialist at London Life from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Trojan Technologies and as a Communications Coordinator at Pioneers Canada.

Jennifer Hryniw holds a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Heritage College (1998-2002), a Professional Certificate in Communications & Public Relations from Western University (2009-2010), a Professional Sequence in Editing from the University of California, Berkeley (2010-2011), and recently completed the Developing Emerging Leaders program at INSEAD (2021). Jennifer has also obtained additional certifications in financial analysis and leadership development from INSEAD in 2022 and 2023, respectively.
