Maarten is currently the VP of Growth at Stake Technologies. Prior to their current position, they worked as a construction manager at PMW Industries PTY LTD from August 2021 to January 2022. Maarten also worked as a project manager at BHP from August 2020 to June 2021. And before that, they were a contractual and logistics manager at Pilbara Rail Maintenance from October 2019 to January 2020. In their role as Contractual and Logistics Manager, they were responsible for the management of compliance to the contract and ensuring the required resources were supplied to each work scope within the Pilbara region.

Maarten has a Master's of Project Management from Curtin University in Australia. Maarten also has a Master of Science Project Management from Curtin University. Maarten's educational background also includes an Associated Diploma of Applied Science Construction Quantities and Administration from TAFE, as well as an Advanced Certificate of Housing Estimating from TAFE.
