Lauren Morgenthaler has a long history of work experience. Lauren began their career in 2008 as a Division I Student Athlete for the Oregon State University Rowing Team. In 2010, they took on two roles for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee as the Community Involvement Officer and Rowing Representative. The following year, they became an Athletic Department Intern at Oregon State University. In 2013, Lauren held three internships: Community Fellow at International House Chicago, High School Counselor Intern at UNO Charter School Network, and Counseling Intern at Chicago Women's Health Center. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Sound, first as a Supervisor and then as a Clinical Case Manager. In 2019, they became a Jail Release Planner at King County, WA. In 2020, they took on the role of Medical Social Worker at Valley Medical Center. Most recently, they have been an Operations Manager and Operations Specialist at Stake since 2022, where they have built Salesforce tools and dashboard to support business objectives and has managed Quickbooks daily/weekly/monthly tasks in rollup to Monthly Close Process with outside accounting firm.
Lauren Morgenthaler received their Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Chicago in 2015, with a field of study in Social Service Administration. Prior to that, they completed their HBA in Sociology from Oregon State University in 2012.
