Anil Kumar Duddu has worked for several companies in a range of roles over the past decade. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Software Engineer at Incessant Technologies. Anil Kumar then moved to Siam Commercial Bank as a Pega Consultant from 2012 to 2013. After that, they worked as a Pega Consultant at HM Revenue & Customs from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Lead System Architect at Axiom Technology Group. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Lead Developer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Anil Kumar then returned to Axiom Technology Group as a Lead System Architect from 2018 to the present.

Anil Kumar Duddu completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from 2006 to 2009. Anil Kumar also holds four certifications from Pegasystems: Pega Certified CPM Architect, Pega Certified Senior System Architect, Pega Certified System Architech, and Pega Certified Lead System Architect.
